The Ugly Otter (and his Beautiful Wife), happened upon this batch of stones at the recent International Gem & Mineral Show, in Tucson, AZ.  We bought this batch because it had some nice stones, and some interesting ones.  The people we bought this batch from were from Afghanistan, however, we do not know from where the stones originated.  Most are on a black backing, some are not.  None are broken, although the matrix in a few appear as cracks in the photos, but they are not cracks.  We cannot guarantee anything about these, as we don't know their origin, except that our guarantee stands - if you don't like them, send them back for a full refund!
